World-Class Co-location Facilities We currently offer colocation services in our ultra-secure 35,000 sq. ft. data center with a major 12,000 square foot expansion planned. Each data center is monitored 24x7x365 to ensure your servers are always safe and connected. Our N+1 redundant power and cooling systems ensure your servers are always on, backed by expert on-site engineers and regularly scheduled maintenance. We are a member of The Uptime Network, a prestigious knowledge consortium where global standards and best practices are created and delivered to maintain system uptime.
The mixed-use facilities feature N+1 cooling and power architectures, with state-of-the-art, high-efficiency water-cooled chillers from Turbine Air Systems (TAS). This “green” architectural design, utilizes an equipment galley, located outside of the data center floor, will hold six large air-handling units and all chilled water piping. Because all water is located outside of the actual data center floor, the design eliminates the possibility of an interior water leak. With these facilities, we achieve a 1.3 “coefficient of efficiency” ranking, which is well below the 1.6 “ideal” rating. This score, recognized by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and The Uptime Institute, measures the total power necessary to operate a data center, divided by critical power, which represents the energy required to operate our servers.
